| In The Wake Of Poseidon Analysis |
 |
| :: Posted by Sid Smith on Tue., Mar 9, 2010 |
Andrew Keeling's latest King Crimson analysis is available from the mail order store. The book not only details the context in which the music was created but also explores the structure of the music in painstaking and sometimes revelatory detail. Along with ITWOP, Keeling also examines McDonald & Giles which was made at the same time and contains the Birdman suite which was originally intended to be the second side of ITWOP.
The book is the second in the series, runs at 210 pages and includes a full score to the ITWOP album. You can order the book here.
Elsewhere Andrew Keeling has a new musical project with Beggars Opera cellist and keyboard player, Virginia Scott called Entantiadromia. You can listen to extracts from Enantiadromia over on their myspace site.
